​Family Members

​Meetings are first and third Tuesdays of the month from 5:30pm to 7:30pm 
​
Do you have a family Member living with a Mental Illness? You're not alone. Come and join our family member support group which provides support to families and others coping with mental health issues - from schizophrenia, bi-polar to depression. A lite meal is provided along with interpreter services if requested.

Sister Speak 

​Meetings are Third Thursday of the month from 5:30pm to 7:30pm 
​

Monthly forum to discuss, answer questions, provide presentations on mental health, prevention, physical health, nutrition, finances and other life issues, challenges and barriers that prevent African American Women from accessing programs and services and what can we do as a community eliminate those challenges and barriers.

Veterans

Meetings are Second and Fourth Tuesday of the month from 5:30pm to 7:30pm ​​

Serves to provide veterans with information, guest speakers, camaraderie, and sharing of universal experiences. There is no cost to attend this or the Trauma Group. The size of the groups are kept small to allow discussion and sharing among other fellow Veterans. We serve meals and soft drinks to all our participants.
