PERINATAL SERVICES

The Office of Women’s, Perinatal, and Youth Services (OWPYS) within the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) maintains current requirements for substance using pregnant and parenting women through the Perinatal Network Services Guidelines (PSNG) FY 18/19.

The purpose of the PSNG is to ensure California counties and providers deliver quality substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services and adhere to the federal and state regulations.
