Special Terms & Conditions

The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) has been working to meet the Special Terms and Conditions (STC) of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ (CMS) approval of California’s Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services (SMHS) waiver authorized under Section 1915(b) of the Social Security Act. DHCS has completed posting the 2016 statewide aggregated Mental Health Plan (MHP) performance dashboards and the county-specific MHP performance dashboards on the DHCS website.  
STC #1 Requires that Each County Mental Health Plan dashboard is posted on the State's and the County's Mental Health Plan's website.
