Full Service Partnership (FSP)

FSP is a service that offers a variety of intensive case management services to individuals experiencing a severe mental illness or serious emotional disturbance. 

All FSP services are catered to the individual and look different for every person we assist. Services may include mental health assessments, counseling services, community resource linkages, support with basic needs, and life skills groups, such as our Enrichment Series and PRIDE groups, as a portion of a Wellness and Recovery plan .  Linkage and Referrals to community partners and empowering individuals with self-sufficiency skills are key goals
of all FSP programs.

All FSP services are free of charge to Kings County residents who are experiencing a severe mental illness or serious emotional
